Sr. Dr. Mary Pauline Waititu
Sr. Pauline currently works at CUEA as an adjunct lecturer (since August 2019) in the Department of Counselling Psychology, handling units in both Diploma and Bachelor's classes each semester.
She also works in a public special school under the TSC as a Special Education Teacher and serves as the school counsellor of both the primary and secondary school. With over 8 years as a mental health specialist, she has offered counselling services to the Congregation of the Little Daughters in Eastern Africa, Recovery Trail Centre and Asumbi Treatment Centre for drug addicts and alcoholics, Ol'kalou Rehabilitation Centre for children with physical disabilities, and the youth in the Diocese of Nyahururu.
A member of the Leadership team in the Congregation of the Little Daughters of St. Joseph, she facilitates workshops on personality awareness, character development, and leadership for youth, young families and aspiring religious candidates. She is competent in project proposal writing, facilitation, mentorship, leadership, academic coaching and advising — and runs school programs on parenting and education for teachers and parents.
