Evelyne Wambui Ngari brings over 20 years of work experience across the private and public sectors in Human Capital Management, Administration, Quality, Risk & Compliance, IT Service Management, Insurance, Customer Service, and Technical Education.
Having served in Senior Management for over 9 years, her objective is to apply the experience, skills and knowledge she's acquired to add value to growing organizations.
Key assignments include culture transformation leadership, review of HR instruments and organizational restructure, organizational policies review, records management, departmental budgeting, asset management, transport and logistics, and occupational safety and employee welfare. She has implemented ERP and fleet management systems, managed insurance across multiple classes, and coordinated COVID-19 and other pandemic responses.
Evelyne is an implementer of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and a Risk Champion — carrying out risk and compliance reporting to regulators including the CMA, RBA and IRA. She currently heads the Administrative Division in the HR & Administration Department at Kenya Railways Corporation, supporting a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees.
She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management (Kenyatta University), a BA in HR Management (Kenya Methodist University), and a Diploma in Technical Education from KTTC. She is a CHRP-K, Certified Secretary (CS1), and full member of IHRM Kenya. She also serves on the board of the Public Service Club and is a member of the Women on Boards Network (Kenya).
