A seasoned people and operations professional with over 12 years in the non-governmental sector across education and health sectors and multicultural contexts spanning several geographies. I have experience in strategic people management, general human resources, safeguarding, budgets and administration including property and facility management as well as health and safety.
Currently I provide strategic oversight and management of people across the Sub-Saharan Africa region with experience in Kenya, Somalia, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, Ghana, and Cote d'Ivoire.
A Certified Human Resource Practitioner with a Master of Science degree in Human Resource and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
