I am working as a Small & Medium Business Executive and Retail Audit Analyst at NielsenIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, helping brands understand what their consumers want and need from FMCG data collected at a retailer level. As part of the NielsenIQ’s Small-Medium Business Team, our primary objective is to offer cost-effective yet valuable sales data to assist and support Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) venturing into the FMCG sector. We aim to help them comprehend their category and market dynamics, regardless of their scale. Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst and Program Lead at Lapid Leaders Africa, a non-profit organization that aims to empower young leaders across Africa. This experience developed my passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their full potential.
My experience in business analysis and development has enabled me to develop various skills including data analysis, data management, strategic planning, client management, research and process improvement, and developing and implementing internal systems to improve operational and organizational efficiencies in different capacities.
